Standing stand 140 feet tall, which is nine feet less than Kraken, and the first drop isl 113 feet. The top speed of the ride is 56 mph with a total of 4 inversions on the 3359 feet of track. Three cars can run on the track, each holding 32 riders, which will give the ride an estimated capacity of 1500 passengers per hour.

Manta also features an animal exhibit. The animal exhibit, is 184,000 gallon environment consisting of 10 different aquariums, will feature an estimated 3000 animals from over 60 species. The exhibit include 304 rays, 23 sea dragons, 20 seahorses and 2500 fish all of which will be viewable from the floor to ceiling nine foot panels and from the 22 square-foot overhead viewing panel that allows guests to watch the rays as they circle above them.
