2002
February 8th, 2002 brought the beginning of the biggest Mardi Gras celebration, this side of New Orleans, to Universal Studios. This celebration continued Fridays and Saturdays from February 8 to March 9 and then nightly from March 15 to April 6. Mardi Gras is included with regular admission and guests enjoying Mardi Gras on Saturdays from February 8 to March 9 will get to see some superstar bands and performers in a free concert.
Mardi-Gras at Universal Studios is worth the price of an annual pass all by itself. It runs for approximately 6 weeks and there is a party, parade and band every night! They always have great bands live in concert every Saturday. The parades are also excellent .
